Items are sent immediately upon receipt of PayPal Payment Notification, credit card information, Cashier's Checks, and Money Orders. Personal checks may take a few days to clear, unless buyer is known to us.
Purchaser has a 7 day examination period to commence upon receipt of item, to return it for refund if not satisfied. Authenticity is unconditionally guaranteed to the original purchaser without expiration, or until such time as ownership is transferred.
Anthropos guarantees to the original purchaser of the Object of art or artifact described in the Terms of Sale, the authenticity and genuineness of the object's identity as to the culture, period, and area of origin. If the original purchaser establishes that the identification of the said Object is not substantially correct as represented above, upon return of said Object by the original purchaser of record in the same condition as when sold, the sale of such piece will be rescinded and the original price refunded. It is specifically understood that the remedy set forth herein, namely the rescission of the sale and refund of the original purchase price is exclusive and in lieu of any other remedy which might otherwise be available as a matter of law. It is further understood that the benefits of the guarantee are not assignable and shall be applicable to the original purchaser of the piece, and not to subsequent owners or others who may have acquired an interest therein. All objects listed here have been acquired in full and complete compliance with all existing state and federal laws.
